In October 2022, the real estate market in Dubai saw 53,756 registered leases, with 59.56% being new contracts and 40.44% being renewed. 

Of these leases, 70.35% were for residential purposes and 28.46% were for commercial purposes. This marks a 5.9% increase from September 2022, with the majority of this growth coming from annual contracts, which saw a 6.76% monthly increase and a 5.74% year-on-year increase. 

The number of new contracts also increased by 6.39% from September 2022, while renewed contracts saw a 5.11% monthly increase. 

The residential market saw a 4.04% monthly increase, while the commercial market saw a 9.99% increase. These numbers indicate a strong and growing real estate market in Dubai.
