The Dubai Land Department has reported that the city saw a total of 2,790 real estate transactions worth $2.6bn during the week ending December 30, 2022. 

Top Three Transactions
The top three transactions were land in Marsa Dubai sold for $63m, followed by land sold for $48m in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, and land sold for $26m in Palm Jumeirah. 

Top Three Transaction Volumes
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for the week with 95 sales transactions worth $65m, followed by Jabal Ali First with 24 sales transactions worth $21.6m, and Al Yufrah 2 with 10 sales transactions worth $3.3m. 


Top Three Transfers for Apartments

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment sold for $92m in Trade Centre, Second, an apartment sold for $36m in Island 2, and an apartment sold for $35m in Island 2. 


Top Three Mortgage Volumes

The sum of mortgaged properties for the week stood at around $544m, with the highest being a land in Jumeirah First, mortgaged for $139m. Meanwhile, 94 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth $147m.
